Just north of Deception Valley, Sunday and Leopard are two fairly large pans. When there are other vehicles in Deception Valley, these are often more deserted. Their campsites make a good first stop if you enter the park via Matswere, and plan on heading around Passarge Valley.

The more southerly of the pair is Sunday Pan, which has three campsites. The first is slightly left of the track when you're driving north, at (GPS:CKS1). Further on, the turn-off to the second and third sites is to the right at (GPS:CKS2-3). All are pleasant, in the edge off the bush close to the main open area of the pan. Leopard Pan is about 5km further north, and has one campsite there: CKL1.
