Those looking for vehicles parts and repairs can start with the 4X4 Service Centre in the industrial area (tel: 241 3008, cell: 7120 2987; after hours tel: 241 4225), who claim to stock spares for all makes of 2WD and 4WD vehicles, and also offer a 24-hour vehicles rescue and repair service. Southern Motors (tel: 241 4238; fax: 241 4070), also in the industrial area, stocks a wide range of spares and accessories. If your vehicle has developed electrical problems, try either Southern Motors or Diesel-Electric (tel: 241 3980). Fuel stations are to be found throughout the town. Safari equipment may be obtained from PAAM (tel: 241 6936).

Fairway's Supermarket in the centre of town carries a good range of most general foods, whilst more specialist camping and dried foods can be obtained in the Mall Shopping Centre. There's also a fruit and vegetable market on Baines Avenue up from the railway station.

There's one craft shop – Afri-Kraft (tel: 241 0177) with a fair selection of goods across the railway line from the Tati Hotel. However, if you're planning on visiting Maun or Ghanzi, save your money for the excellent craft markets there instead.
