A few kilometres south of the main Maun–Nata road, this large village seemed full of road-builders and detours when I was last there. Coming from the south, the main road seemed to go through Motopi and west, although it was possible to take a short cut along a sand track, due north through the riverbed, until about 8km later you reach the main Maun-Nata road. That said – there's probably a smooth, well-signposted alternative by now!
