Tubu Tree Camp

Newly opened in June 2002, Tubu is one of Wilderness Safaris’ vintage camps. This means that it’s one of their simpler, less expensive camps. It has five small tents on decks with en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin inside, plus a separate shower outside. The separate dining and lounge areas are also raised up and tented.
Tubu is west of the other three camps in the concession, with access to large areas of dry mopane and acacia woodlands. From around April to September, and perhaps later, mokoro trips and fishing ought to be possible – but for the rest of the year activities are limited to game drives and walks.
